Please! Not Bambi!!!

I have been meaning to write more on here…

Basically my week has been consumed with trying to get some money (that totally fell through…never thought my allergy to pediazole would get me the boot from a job, i think it was probably for the best, so no worries), helping my parents out, and getting started on stuff for a new visa!!! YAY!!!

I was making mental notes and gathering little 'stories' from each day, I will share this one with you all. I actually just copied this from a message I sent to my friend because I had already told him about it, so here it is directly from the message to my friend.

"I saw one of the saddest and most disturbing things today...I was driving home after dropping my mother off at work and on the way back, I saw Bambi (who apparently had been hit by a car) on the side of the curb scrambling frantically and fighting to live...I almost cried but at the same time I didn't know what to do...animals kinda freak me out... So I just went home and kind of forgot about the whole thing until me and my brother went out and he saw it...Then we stopped and took some pictures of poor little Bambi, whose neck was broken now...I swear it wasn't like that when I saw it alive…"

It really was one of the saddest things I have seen. But I hope all of you are doing well! If you want send me some of your summer stories/ highlights, I'd love to hear about them!

Until next time,
Kelcie

I'm Kelcie, I like people, baking, summer weather, the ocean, and Jesus!

Here's a bible verse that inspires me:  Mark 10:28-30

Peter said to him, "We have left everything to follow you!""I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life.
