I know it has been far too long since I have posted anything new on here... So here it is a new post!
We have finished our fifth week of the April DTS (discipleship training school) and things have been going AMAZING! We have had topics such as; Father Heart of God, Character & Nature of God, Hearing God's Voice, Spiritual Warfare, and Lordship. We are just about to enter into our sixth week with the topic being 'Fear of the Lord'. I am also looking forward to hopefully finding out where our team with be going for outreach! God is doing amazing things in each of the students' lives! We are all learning so much!
The next awesome thing aside from staffing the April DTS that is happening here in Newcastle is Youth Street! Youth Street is going well, with what seems like more and more crew (youth) coming out to join us each week! Last night was our skate teams' big event called 'Inslamnia', this is an all night event that basically goes from 9pm-8am! All the skate teams go to this huge indoor skate park and literally skate all night long! Another big event that is coming up soon is Youth Street's fifth birthday!!! I am so stoked for this event b/c it is going to be AWESOME!
Alrighty, so aside from all that previously mentioned stuff going on, there have been a couple changes to daily life here on the YWAM base! One major change is that I now have a roommate! Her name is Susan a.k.a Susie. She and I did DTS together. I am so excited she is back on staff and is my roommate, she is so epic as well as such a good friend! Next thing slightly major is that I have moved rooms once again, this is the third room I have lived in since being back on staff! Susan and I are still trying to figure out what works best to make our room feel like home but it is definitely coming together!
This concludes my update on how things are going here in Newcastle, Australia. If you have any further questions or just want to talk to me, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Here's a bible verse that inspires me: Mark 10:28-30 Peter said to him, "We have left everything to follow you!""I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life.
