This post is just a mix of what I'm up to.

Even though today feels like a cool breezy summer day, autumn is here... and I am loving it! The colors of the changing trees are absolutely beautiful!
I've spent the day cleaning in little bursts, vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, and bed making are some of the things I have accomplished thus far!
I have also managed to pick up an extra shift for work tomorrow, which is good because it will keep me occupied while I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my best friend Zoe! I haven't seen Zoe since April. I am looking forward to the great adventures that will take place while she is visiting!

I have also been getting asked a lot about when I am going back to Newcastle, Australia. The honest answer is- I have not the slightest clue! I was hoping to be back by now but its always a different story with applying for visas and raising finances.
In other news, I will be attending YWAM's 50th Jubilee Celebration in Kona, HI at the end of November! I am so stoked to get to connect with tons of other YWAMers and to see friends that I haven't seen in a while. I am also really pumped because this is the last celebration for the year, it seems like ages ago that I was in Australia attending the second jubilee celebration for the year in Canberra. I think it will be a really refreshing experience! The registration fee for the conference is $120.00, so please pray for God's provision. He has already provided with my dad letting me use some of his airline miles to purchase a ticket!

Stay tuned, more to come!

I'm Kelcie, I like people, baking, summer weather, the ocean, and Jesus!

Here's a bible verse that inspires me:  Mark 10:28-30

Peter said to him, "We have left everything to follow you!""I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields—and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life.
