A little glimpse

So I wanted to post a little glimpse of what I will be involved with when I go back to Australia. This was written by my friend Daniel Norris in promotion for the School of Innovative Youth Ministry, that he will be leading at YWAM Newcastle.

Vision for the School Of Innovative Youth Ministry

We live in the most fast paced global youth generation ever. A generation that is being lead by their ipods, MTV, x-box's,  and most of all through the world of social networking. Young people are desperate to be lead. So will you lead? Millions of young people around the world are coming to know Jesus and are desperate for more. Desperate for real discipleship. To be lead into the calling and destiny God has for their lives. The SOIYM is here to equip you to do this. You will dive into modern youth culture to see what makes it tick. It will also show you keys to innovate and lead in a culture that tends to follow. Not only will you be given the tools but you will also get hands on practical experience in our thriving youth ministry called Youth Street. So the big question really is, 'Will you lead'?
